Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of internal mobile phone replacement parts, products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

  • Products that have been installed or used.

  • Products damaged as a result of misuse or incorrect installation.

  • Products custom-ordered according to the customer's specifications.

  • Products missing their original packaging or included accessories.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product or a product different from the one ordered:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide clear photos showing the product and the issue.

  • Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, whether through product replacement or a refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome of your return request.

  • If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or because you received a damaged or incorrect product.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from a mistake made by the store.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled; however, a return request may be submitted in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
